Managing Director
Claudia is the owner and founder of Connect-Dental, a fast growing dental recruitment and training company that specialises in dentistry. With over twenty-nine years of experience within the dental industry. Claudia is a Dental Recruitment Consultant, DCP Trainer and a Dental Examiner for the National Examining Board of Dental Nurses (NEBDN).
Claudia’s broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of dentistry, as well as her passionate interest in providing her Business Development Management services to set up and develop dental practices, has driven her to set up Connect-Dental.
Dr Pradeep Nair
Internal Moderator and Periodontist. BDS
Pradeep graduated from University College Hospital London in 1991 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Licentiate of the Royal College of Surgeons of England (LDSRCS). After completing his training in the NHS Vocational Training Scheme, he moved into General Practice in the UK, and then Australia.
He returned to the UK to undertake a Masters Degree in Periodontology at Guy’s , King’s and St Thomas’ (GKT), which he completed in 2001. Following this he has been working as a Periodontist both in practice and a hospital setting. He ensures that he is up to date on current periodontal practice, by regularly attending post-graduate courses. Since 2002, Pradeep has been involved in both clinical and non-clinical teaching of senior dental students in the Periodontology faculty at Guy’s Hospital. He is also an active member of the British Society of Periodontology.
He joined Connect-Dental in May 2012.
Joycee Rebelo
Orthodontic Therapist and Internal Verifier
Joycee joined Connect Dental in 2017 as a former dental nursing student and is responsible the internal verification for the Diploma in Dental Nursing for Connect Dental. Joycee is hard working and a dedicated individual; she enjoys working with people and gives 100% effort and commitment to everything she does.
In addition to being a great member of the team, she is also keen to keep learning; demonstrating this by recently completing her Orthodontic Therapy training in Bristol.
Steve Finch
First Aid Instructor. DTLLS
Steve worked for 15 years in the Outdoor Education Industry training the trainers which included first aid and emergency procedures for a variety of scenarios for the Outdoor Activities. He also worked for a National Governing Body carrying out quality assurance at Outdoor Centres.
For the last 10 years Steve has worked at a Further Education College teaching students on BTEC courses which included First Aid. More recently, Steve has used his extensive experience to support trainers within the St. John Ambulance service.
Jacqui Goss
Treatment Coordinator Trainer
Jacqui is a strategic, customer-focused business manager with excellent knowledge of financial planning and control. She is a proven manager of change and driver of dramatic business growth. An excellent people manager, Jacqui is a motivator and developer of team players.
The dental practices Jacqui works for experience a significant increase in treatment plan take-up and hence turnover, improved patient communication and more clearly focused attention to key performance indicators.
Having gained a 2:1 Honours Degree in Chemistry at Sheffield University, Jacqui began a career in retail management, which proved very successful.
In 1999, Jacqui accepted the post of Business Manager at Gray’s Dental Care & Manchester Dental Specialists. In the nine years she was there, Jacqui managed the successful conversion from a paper-based NHS practice with 19 staff to a fully computerised private practice and referral centre with 28 staff and a multi-million pound turnover.
Extensively published in leading dental magazines and online, Jacqui is emerging as one of the UK’s leading dental consultants.

Ashwini is one of our dental nurse tutors and she has been running the Diploma in Dental Nursing Course in Reading. She is a qualified Dental Nurse from Connect-dental and has been tutoring with us since June 2015. Friendly and an enthusiastic tutor she has got an Award in Education and Training level 3 teaching qualification. She is creative in planning how to use a range of different teaching methods to deliver the underpinning knowledge in line with the National Examining Board of Dental Nurse’s syllabus to suit the variety of student dental nurses' learning styles. She completed her BDS from India and is now registered with the GDC as a Dentist.
